Find food and order faster – Now you can use Google Search, Maps or the Assistant to order your food and drinks. Look out for the ‘Order Takeaway’ button in Google Search and Maps when you search for a restaurant or type of cuisine. All of the Hey You merchant partners are automatically synced with Google and are able to receive orders directly through the Google ‘Order Takeaway' button. Merchant partners receive orders seamlessly as like any other Hey You order placed.

How it works for customers

Step 1: Pick a venue +

From Google search results

Go to Google.
Search for a venue. Scroll down until you see info and images for the venue.
Note: If you don't see a button for placing an order, the venue isn't on Hey You yet or could not be accepting orders.

From the Google Assistant

On your phone, open the Google Assistant.
Say or search for a venue.
Pick up will automatically be selected.

Step 2: Select your order +

What are you craving?

On the menu, choose the food and drinks you want. If you're using the Google Assistant, saying what you want won't work.
If needed, pick options or enter a note. For example, which toppings you want, or ask for vegetarian.
Select Add to Order.

Step 3: Check out +

Make your way to the venue!

Review your order. If you're on your phone, tap Go to Order.
Select Checkout.
Select Place Order. You'll get an email with a copy of your receipt.
Start making your way to the venue and let the staff know your name
